The Green Opportunity, or GO Program is the commercial and industrial energy efficiency services solution for Massachusetts municipal utilities.  Sponsored by the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) a joint action agency providing power supply, financial, risk management and other energy services to municipal utilities, the GO Program offers comprehensive efficiency program service not only for commercial and industrial customer but for local government facilities as well as, project specific services.  These services include energy auditing, project tracking and program management, measurement and verification.
